Rhuka Design will carry out ALL builds within the costs and time frame specified in our quotation to you. We will ensure that there will be no hidden costs or delays through any fault of Rhuka Design.
Rhuka Design will provide you with regular updates on the progress of work on your project. This will include emails, photographs and any answers to questions you may have. Rhuka Design will offer you a friendly and personal service, without compromising on professionalism. We will ensure all our prices are competitive. Rhuka Design will provide ALL our customers with high quality workmanship and promise to deliver on time.

Rhuka Design
At Rhuka Design we offer our clients an all round, complete service, ensuring that our clients incur no hidden or extra costs. We have carefully put together a comprehensive package, making certain that all our customers’ needs are met.
It is important to us at Rhuka Design that our clients are involved right from the beginning of the project and that they are involved through the whole process. We listen to our clients and value their input greatly.
These are a few of the services offered to you by Rhuka Design:
- We will assist you in locating a plot that is suitable for your needs.
- Rhuka Design will carry out a comprehensive search via the local town hall and land registry verifying and documenting the permissible build, even prior to you purchasing the land
- If you are requiring a mortgage or finance then we will be more than happy to introduce you to reputable mortgage brokers and banks.
- At Rhuka Design we work closely with several bilingual lawyers and we will be happy to arrange for you to meet with them, if, you do not already have legal representation in place.
- Once we have discussed your requirements we will draw up architectural sketches of your proposed property, including costs.
- On approval of the sketches and costs we will then draw up full architectural plans of your property.
- We will submit, on your behalf, all applications for building permissions to the relevant authorities.
- Whilst waiting for the relevant approval we will accompany you to choose your homes fittings (tiles, wood work, iron work, kitchen and sanitary appliances etc).
- Building work will commence as soon as we are in receipt of the FULL licenses. An average 180sqm property will be completed within a 12 month time frame.
- Rhuka Design will include in our agreement with you, a full years snagging guarantee. This will be contractual from the day of completion of your property.
- A 10 year building guarantee governed by the Spanish Insurers governing body is also available to you.
IF YOU ALREADY OWN AN OLDER PROPERTY THAT IS IN NEED OF PART OF FULL REFORM OUR SERVICES WILL REMAIN THE SAME.
